PeterCenturion Bovendien moet je het met een heel hoge zweeftoren altijd maar afwachten hier of je open kunt (zeker als die op het Vale Hen staat). De wind is in het verleden toch regelmatig spelbreker geweest. Wat dat betreft snap ik ook wel dat, nu de kermis weer dichter bij het Markermeer staat, er juist niet voor een hoge zweeftoren is gekozen.
Discosmash-Leo PeterCenturion Dat is wel waar, maar de Freefall toren is geen kinderachtig torentje? 85 meter, heeft die geen last van de wind dan?
GhostRiderPeter Discosmash-Leo Op een freefall gondel heeft de wind veel minder vat op dan op een gondel met stoeltjes aan een ketting, bij hoge windkracht is het knap jojoën zeg maar, en de gondel valt echt wel terug naar aarde in een rechte lijn 😉 Beide torens hebben overigens een vastgestelde maximum windkracht waarbij ze nog operationeel mogen en kunnen zijn.
Jonathankermisfan Vandaag weer Hoorn bezocht en na 2 jaar staat de kermis weer eindelijk in de binnenstad waar hij thuis hoort! Dit vind ik pas echt kermis, smalle straatje en midden in het centrum. In Hoorn staat ieder jaar een top kermis zo ook dit jaar! 1 afzegging helaas de sound machine, maar daar is een vervanger voor in de plaats gekomen. We begonnen onze ronde op de Vale Hen waar direct topzaken staan! Bijvoorbeeld de Freefall toren van Boos! Een attractie dat in Duitsland reist, maar nu 2 kermissen in Nederland pakt. Lekker van het uitzicht genieten terwijl je ieder moment naar beneden kan vallen. Het blijft een heerlijk gevoel! Verder staan hier ook de Hurricane en show time. Ook de topper Toxic staat hier op het pleintje die er weer een geweldige show van maakte! Verder staan hier nog de super mouse en het Reuzenrad. Door naar de Gedempte turfhaven waar de klassieker Snow jet 2 staat, daarnaast staat de dance jumper die beide prachtig staan. Ook de thriller staat hier pracht 1 van Nederlands mooiste spookhuizen! Verder staan hier nog de Autoscooters en de mooie power Polyp die ook echt mooi staat op zijn locatie! Door naar de spoorstraat waar de beach party wip staat en de fun factory er tegenover. Door naar het Gouw waar de nieuwe fun house Aprés ski party staat! Mooie funhouse voor Hoorn. In de Nieuwstraat staat er nog een Glazendoolhof Viva las Vegas en op het Kerkplein staat dus de jumbo molen en de Space jam als vervanger voor de sound machine. Ik miste wel wat op deze plek, want hier hebben topzaken gestaan als de reactor, Topspin en dus ook de sound machine. Jammer dat hij niet kon komen, want je miste er wel wat gelijk op deze locatie met alle respect voor de space jam. Door naar het laatste pleintje de Roode steen, waar het bomvol stond met de trampolines, Break dance van Zuidema en de prachtige en machtige Airborne. Wat staat hij machtig op dit plein, ik kan me nog herinneren toen de booster maxxx en Power Polyp er stonden toen was er meer ruimte, maar ik ben blij dat ze de Airborne kwijt konden midden in de stad. Hij komt daar mooi tot zijn recht. Hoorn heeft een top kermis staan in het mooie binnenstad van Hoorn! Zeker een bezoek waard!

jeffrey Gisteravond ben ik nog even over de kermis geweest. Het was voor het tijdstip, etenstijd, nog redelijk goed druk. Er hing een gezellige sfeer. Normaal is het eerste weekend altijd eerst kijken, kijken en pas volgend weekend het geld echt uitgeven. Maar dat werd voor mijn gevoel, de centen laten rollen, al goed gedaan.
